Intrigued by the wonderful stories my mother shared of her experiences and connections with the elderly clients she cared for, I began training for a drastic change in career direction. I went from corporate market researcher to creative senior care provider and Certified Professional Consultant on Aging®. I gained multiple qualifications in aspects of elderly care and began working with in-home care agencies, hospitals, and long-term care facilities. This was when I spotted the need for individualized care solutions that supported the senior client in a meaningful way. I knew that doing this would put purpose and heart back into care. It would make aging and caring more dignified and joyful - something to celebrate and be proud of.

That’s when The Other Daughter was born. Whether it’s transportation and accompaniment to a doctor’s appointment, managing a household or finding economical and creative care solutions, we’re dedicated to providing a holistic level of care that is as individual and valuable as you and your loved one.
